Consult your provider. Sick notes and prescriptions will be sent via email immediately after consult.
What we do not cover
We would love to help with anything and everything, but certain conditions require an in person consult or a hospital visit. Here’s what we don’t cover:
- Potentially Severe Physical Trauma
- Shortness of breath, and tight chests
- Termination of pregnancy
- Children under 2 years
- Medical emergencies
- Prescription of Schedule 6 medication and specific Schedule 5 medication with a risk of misuse
- Inner ear infections
- Persistent illness despite treatment
